I owned UX strategy across Eight
interconnected products — partnering with engineering and leadership to turn ambiguous requirements into clear, usable systems.

Translate Complexity
Engineering teams shipped specs full of edge cases. My job was turning rules-driven logic into interfaces a contractor could trust in under 30 seconds.

Four products, one design vocabulary. I built the patterns that made calculator, portal, API, and university feel like a family — not a kit of parts.
